I liked this activity because I like sharing my feed back to my classmates

Typing

 I learnt how to write faster.

First I wrote with shift on. This was easy becasue I learnt how to write with my shift on.

Next I wrote puctuation. This was a bit hard but i got better and better even more I wrote.

Then I wrote sentences. This was easy for me because writing a sentence is easy to write for me.

I enjoyed this activity because this will help me with my writing.

Steps Web

 I did Steps Web

First activity I did was drop the computer would say a word the the letters will drop and I had to put the letters in the way the word was.

Next I did spelling quiz I had to write what the word was before it dissapered.

I enjoyed this activity becasue this will keep me educated throught lockdown

Typing

 I completed a task that is about helping my typing.

First I set a timer for 15 minutes 

Next I put my right fingers on J,K,L. and collan. I also put my left fingers on F,D,S and A

I put my results on a google slide.

I think I did a really good outcome but I need to type faster.

Reasons And Statistic

 I wrote down reasons and statistics.

First I wrote down 5 reasons to back up my argument. I chose the topic recyclable essentials. My argument was why haven't we made recyclable essentials yet and the audience is Mr Ogilvie and LS1. ,

Next I wrote down the first reason it was. I think we should recycle more essentials because recycling can power a 6 watt light bulb for 2 hours   

Lastly, I wrote my 2 reasons, which was that about 86% of people recycle plastic essentials everyday.        

I enjoyed this activity because this will help me with my script. 

Brainstorming

 LS1 and I completed a persuasive task.

First we watched the video about brainstorming and planning. The first video talked about an example of topics that we could pick. 

Next we wrote down things that we could write about our topics.  

Finally We highlight the words as 3 different colours: red (stop) orange green (proceed). 

I enjoyed this activity because this will help me with my presentation. 

What Is Persuasive

 I made a persuasive poster.

First I wrote two numbers and when they are flipped they are different numbers. For example 69 and 96. 

Next I wrote about what persuasion is. Persuasive is about convincing someone into believing you.  

Finally I wrote step by step on how to argue.  

I enjoyed This task because it will help me when I am arguing. 

Writing Explaination

 I learnt how to write a explaination.

The first introduction I wrote about was the basic fact. The basic fact is a text that tells you about what are you going to read.

The next introduction I wrote about was question hook. question hook is something hooks the reader in.

Then last introduction I wrote about was explain emotion. Explain emotion is writing something with an emotion like yummy, sweet.

I liked this activity because I got to learnt how to write a explaination and facts about engines. 

Topic Plan

 I learnt how to write an explantion with a topic.

First we picked a topic that we want to write about.

Next we wrote three mechanism about our topic and have a information sorce.

Then we pick another topic.

I thought this was challenging for me because I only finished two and I was working on my third.

Cause & Effect Introduction

 Did you know that fireworks were made out of dye with charcoal and a fuse with a string at the end therefore the firework whenl ignited will explode with colour.

Did you know that Chocolate is made from roasted cocoa beans and sugar Because the cocoa beans taste bitter  sugar will put the tasty flavor  that adds sweetness to the chocolate When they are mixed together they form a liquid. When they are  put in the fridge they set or harden in the shape that they are. For example  a star shaped mold will produce star shaped chocolate.

Introduction

 A introduction can have a intresting question or a hook.

First Mr Ogilvie showed us a video about how to write a hook and what is a hook.
Next, we wrote an introduction and a hook about three different topics.

Do you know there are multiple celebrations of chocolate each year. To make chocolate you will need milk, butter, suger and cocoa beans this can cause the chocolate to taste sweet and a lit bit sour and better.

Did you know that fireworks originated in China around 2000 years ago? you will need a fuse and a stick and a string this cause the fire work to go up in the sky.

Next time I will write a better introduction and add more writing to my introduction.

The Life Cycle of a Butterfly

 I completed a task about the life cycle of a butterfly.

First we had to put together papers with facts about the lifecycle of a butterfly.

Next we had to write down the life cycle of a butterfly and add a cause and effect in bewteen the sentences.

Lastly we had to put together the papers with facts on it.

Cause and Effect

Cause and Effect is something that causes the problem and the effect of the problem.

What you need to play cause or effect you will need:

Cause - cause and effect requires four causes.

Casual Language - cause and effect requires four casual languages.

Effect - cause and effect requires four effects.     

To play cause and effect you will need a computer or paper, two or more players to compete with, timer (opitnal).

Explanation

I learnt about how to write a explanation and use the structure TIMES.

First I chose to write about how Ice Hockey works. Then I wrote about what is Ice Hockey and how many players are in a ice hockey game.

Then I wrote about the main points of Ice Hockey:

• Puck 
• Goal
• Hockey sticks
• Safety equipment
• Ice Hockey shoes
• Players

Then I wrote about the summary. The summary talks about what you need to play ice hockey.

America's Cup

 Today we did an America's Cup activity. We read 3 paragraphs about the America's Cup. then we had to do who, what, when, where and why. Then we had to summaries all the words in who, what, when, where and why. 

For the main ideas we had to write information about the America Cup from a video or a text.

 For the summarising we had to pick 20 words. After we had to pick six words. We had to write what is the America's Cup.

For the Evaluating we had to make our own slide and and put copy and paste the summarising then we had.

HandWriting

I completed a writing activity called handwriting.

First we watched a video to copy so it looks perfect.

We wrote to A-Z in capitals and lowercase.

Lastly we wrote numbers and symbols 

I enjoyed this task. I need to write my letters netter.

This week we did a celebrity endorsement. We had to pick celebrity that was supporting that company's food or perfume, drink or breakfast food. I chose a breakfast food with Michael Jordan. He is a basket ball player that played the Chicago Bulls that is my favourite basketball team.
