Today I did a Thursday workout.
First I did star jumps. I had to put my hands and my together adn when I jumped I seperated my hands when I hit the ground.
Next I did high knees. I had to lift my legs as high as I can.
After I did sqauts. I had to seperate my legs and lower my body I also had to get as low as I can.
(I don't know what name of this exercise is) I had to lay down and lift my body up adn back down reaptedly.
Lastly I did squat turns. I had to do a squat and then turn my body quarter way around.
I enjoy this activity because this will keep me fit during lockdown.
Gosh Riley how long did it take you to complete all these exercises? Did you count to 20 doing each one or did you time yourself? My least favourite exercise is squats so well done on doing 2 different types of them! You are right that we need to try and stay fit during lockdown.
