Water Safety

I learnt how to be water safe.


First we did front sculling first, back and forward. To do a front scull I moved my hands side to side in front of me and also kick your feet. 


Next we did back sculling. To do back sculling you have to lift your legs in front of yourself and push with your hands. 


Finally we did back sculling and front sculling with a kick board to help us float.  


I enjoyed this session because this will teach people if we are in danger in the water.
